Who this applies to
Cooper Gmail MCP is a personal tool used only by Cooper Walter with his own Google accounts. It is not offered to the public.
What data it accesses
With the Google OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify, the tool can read, draft, send, label, archive, and move to trash email in the accounts its owner authorizes. It cannot permanently delete email.
How data is used
Email data is used only to answer the owner's own requests on his own computer. It is not sold, shared, used for advertising, or used to train any machine-learning model.
Where data is stored
OAuth tokens are stored only on the owner's computer, in files readable only by his user account. Email content is not stored by the tool and is not sent to any server operated by this tool. This website collects no data and sets no cookies.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
